What is the minimum number of people for a group hair or makeup booking?

We have a minimum of four hair AND four for makeup.

What if someone in my group can't make it for their hair or makeup service?

We understand that life happens at times. So we offer you the opportunity to use those services on a different person in your party or you can use the amount of those services towards some of our other first class services prior to your event.

Can I just have you do my eye makeup?

In order to provide the best results that speak the best of our skills and brand, we only offer complete services.

Do you only do makeup and hair for weddings?

Our master abilities scale to any special event that you may want to look your best including boudoir,senior pictures, professional photos, film work, television, commercial ads, and more. If its special toyou, it’s special to us and we’ll deliver.

How far in advance should I book your services?

Due to the high demand for our master services, we recommend you book us at least one year ina dvance. Don’t wait or you’ll miss the master artistry experience for your momentous occasion. Please note that all contracts and proposals expire after 24 hours if not fully executed.

How can I leave a gratitude specifically for my master artist?

You can provide a gratuity the day of your services in cash or via an app such as Venmo. Your Artist will thank you!

How do we pay to engage in your services?

We require a deposit of 40% of all contracted for services at the time of booking. The remaining 60% is due 2 weeks prior to your special event. Sorry. No exceptions.

Can you accommodate large parties?

We can accommodate large parties with sufficient notice. But we prefer to keep the party size to below 2 dozen in order to provide the best experience possible for all involved.

Why would you charge a travel fee if my event is local to Columbus?

Traveling to our clients is a convenience to them and we charge for this convenience. We travel to you with all of our equipment and tools and set up in order to make your experience the best it can be.

When you’re finished, we will disassemble everything and return it all to our spa. Please note that if there is a parking fee for your event, it will be added to our costs for travel, most likely to your room number or bill.

What can I do to help on the day of the big event?

We want you to relax and enjoy the experience. We’re there to help make your day memorable and reduce your stress. That being said, you can reduce the stress of the environment by making sure that all of your guests receiving our services are punctual as scheduled and that the room is cooler than you would normally set it, as rooms heat up quickly when there are several people in them. Having several tables available in the room and plenty natural light also ensures we provide you with the best results.
